it is separating the water and the sugar which are both a mixture. What is happening to the water is the water is soaking into the sugar

ReplyDeleteThis is an interesting experiment. I am unsure where you have found the research about crystals and the like from? Is this just what you already knew? Why do you think you were asked to make these sugar crystals - is there a way to make other crystals like diamonds or do they occur naturally?
