Last weeks practical HomeEc

Pasta:
First we filled a pot half full of water and then we poured the pasta inside the pot after the water had come to a boil. We boiled the pasta for 8 minutes. 

Roux Sauce/White Sauce:
We made the roux sauce to go into the pasta so that the flavour wasn't plain. Heres a list of things we made it with.
Cornflour,
butter,
milk, Those were the basic ingrediants to go into a roux sauce but we added Onion and garlic to spice it up a bit.

After all of that there was still one more thing to do. We had to put all of the pasta in a tray with sides im not too sure what it's called. Then we put the roux sauce over the top and then we added some cheese overtop of everything to melt in the oven. 

I think that our group did good the only thing that didn't go our way was that we were a bit late to put the pasta in the oven but we still finished on time.
