WALT write a recount focussing on using adjectives and correct punctuation.

 Watch the following video of an African safari African Safari. Now imagine that you are on the safari and describe one of your days in detail. Write it like you did the chimpanzee in space recount. Think about what you can see all the animals, what they look like in detail, how they smell and what they would feel like. The plants, how they feel, the temperature of the sun the dusty road. Then talk about the people that you meet. I can’t wait to read your writing and picture in my mind what you see. Start writing here……

 I am in my canoe with no shoes rowing away following another person rowing his boat as well. I looked at his shoes and then I said “what are those?” The other person said “what you can’t say much look at your awesome shoes.” I was coming off the canoe and I hopped onto the land. I saw all of the elephants they all had rough skin as rough as sandpaper. I went to a cheetah cause I saw it and I patted it and hugged it it was as furry as furriest fur in the world. Then I went under water with a snorkel and checked out all of the fish under the water. They were swimming.
